If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for a snug, supportive fit.

What are the care wash instructions?

We recommend hand-washing in cold water. You can also machine wash them. In this case, we recommend that you use a wash bag to protect them from other clothes. The optional wash bag can be found in your shopping basket before you place your order. To dry, lay them flat and let them air dry to keep their elasticity. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
