The pros:
i feel light, more compress especially on the knee joint.can jump much higher with less effort. When i pull it out i can feel my leg less tired.
The cons:
The thread on the edge which grip my thigh is a little bit rough,can feel it thru out the process of wearing it, when i remove the leg sleeve, there's a deep stretch mark around my thigh, kinda feel a little bit sting but it's ok.
Competed at Ontario Masters Track and Field Championships in Triple Jump and Pole vault in Women Age 60-65 age group.
