Context
Lower limb compression supports are widely used by high-level athletes.
Various methods exist to improve performance and recovery after exertion, and compression supports are one of them.
The research hypothesis is as follows: to demonstrate a significant improvement in performance and post-training recovery in athletes wearing Flytex Compression Supports.
Method
A team of 17 basketball players followed a standardized protocol.
The participants were evaluated with and without Flytex compression supports during and after training using official questionnaires (KOOS Knee Survey) and specific physical tests.
Results :
Pain reduction of up to 22%
Players wearing Flytex V2 reported a noticeable reduction in muscle and joint pain after training.
Questionnaire: 22% decrease in symptoms with supports vs. without supports in the most affected athletes.
Subjective Feedback: Group A players consistently reported less muscle fatigue and discomfort.
8% improvement in performance
Jump Performance: Group A players demonstrated a significant increase in jump distance and stability.
Single Leg Hop Test: 71% of participants showed improved before/after results in the Single Hop Test when wearing the supports after training.
Triple Jump Test: 8% improvement in performance measured in the Triple Hop Test with the use of supports.
28% improvement in recovery
Group A showed faster and more efficient recovery compared to Group B.
Quality of Life: 8% improvement in quality of life within 7 days post-training with supports vs. without supports.
Athletic Abilities: 28% increase in athletic performance abilities with supports vs. without supports in the most affected athletes.

I have a torn meniscus, and this helps to stabilize my leg from dislocating. I absolutely love the product and will be ordering more. I'm waiting for the blue and white to come in. But every time I go on, it's out. So if you can let me know when the blue and white in 2xl arrives I would greatly appreciate it
Love them knees feeling good and able to train again
Omg wow they really are amazing i never thought I'd be able to jog and run again without pain. And the more you wear them, the more comfortable they get, the better they fit. And I wear them at work all day if you're tired of joint pain and aches and pains, this is a must try. These things are wonderful.
I was a bit upset do to waiting almost a month to receive them. But after I receive them I love how they fell and compression towards me knee .. Gave me more comfort towards my jog.

It's a great idea
Luv the texture, the material stretch perfectly, design,colour but one thing i'm quite uncomfortable is that after i remove it, there's an itch i feel around my skin where the edge of the the material grip on. The itch last about afew days. Very uncomfortable.
Being three months post ACL-R, I need some layer of support for my strength training sessions. This has been the best compression sleeve for just that. Super grateful to have found it!

They really help when working out, helped reduce the amount of knee discomfort. Was really surprised how comfortable they are and they weren't hot to wear. Went for a jog after some lifting and didn't feel like I was suffocating with them on.
I have just recently started my rehab after injury my left knee during my professional basketball season here in Australia. I have had zero discomfort since purchasing this item and I am absolutely amazed! Flytex compression sleeves saved my life!! Knees were in a ton of pain after our first hike up a 14er in Colorado. Remembered I had these sleeves back at the cabin. Put them on 2 days later and was able to hike 2 more 14ers with minimal pain, It was incredible! God bless Flytex
